We believe that no customer should have to leave our store empty handed because of less-than-perfect credit or the inability to pay upfront. Progressive Leasing provides a unique LEASE TO OWN option with NO CREDIT NEEDED (Progressive Leasing obtains information from the credit bureaus. Not all applicants are approved.) tailor-made for both myself and you.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have valid Social Security Number or ITIN
- Have routing and account numbers for an open and valid checking account
- Have a Credit or debit card
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Step 1 - Fill out an online application
Step 2 - Once your application has been approved, contact us by either phone or email so we can verify the approval. Please include the name on the application. and the date that you applied.
Step 3 - Now that you have been approved and we have verified your account with Progressive, the next step is picking out the furniture that you want!
Step 4 - Once we know the items you want, we will verify that they are in stock and available for delivery. From there, we will submit those items to Progressive and have them draw up your lease agreement for you to review. Once you have looked that over, and are comfortable with the payments and terms, you will have to make an initial payment of $49 plus tax ($53.04). After that all we need to do is schedule the delivery!
Initial Payment:
The initial payment (plus tax) is charged at lease signing. Remaining lease payments will be determined upon item selection.
