WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE FURNITURE ONCE ITS DELIVERED AND ASSEMBLED?

You may refuse the furniture at time of delivery, and return the product. Please check our return policy or more information.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. I also understand that purchasing furniture "sight unseen" can be scary which is why we offer a right of refusal policy on all delivered furniture.


I stand by the furniture I sell. I offer this because I believe that you will be more than satisfied with the quality of furniture I offer.


However, as with any return policy, there are terms and conditions. Instead of fine print, I'm going to be upfront and clear as day about them.


1) The furniture must be delivered, assembled and set up to keep the return policy effective. This is done to ensure that the furniture is still in good shape and assembled correctly.
Not valid on in home drop off delivery options.


2) The delivery and set up fee is NON REFUNDABLE. If you received the delivery, assembly and set up option for free from a promo or special, you will be refunded the furniture amount minus $100, which is what the delivery fee would have been.
I use a third party company that handles all of my deliveries and they still need to be paid for doing their job.


3) Furniture must be refused at time of delivery. No exceptions. If you are concerned, please make sure you are there to inspect the product at the time of delivery.


4) We do not accept returns or exchanges on any special order items. Special order items are items that are not on our website and that we do not normally sell.


6) WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY DEALS PAID USING PROGRESSIVE LEASING. ALL PROGRESSIVE LEASING SALES ARE FINAL.


7) There is a 20% restocking fee on all cancelled orders, and returns. No exceptions.


HOW IT WORKS

We will come over, deliver and set up the furniture. At that point you either accept the furniture or tell us to take it back. Again, the return needs to be made at the time of delivery. Once the furniture is left in your home, it is yours.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

A good rule of thumb is to allow about 2 business days from time of purchase until the furniture is in your home. Stock of product and customer availability for delivery may effect when we can get the product to you.
Also, during "tax season" we have increased sales. During this time which usually runs from end of January until mid April, delivery is usually 3 days from time of order.

WHAT IF MY FURNITURE IS DELIVERED DAMAGED?

If you picked it up, you will need to bring it back and we will get the exchange done for you. If it was delivered, then we will bring the new piece to you. All furniture needs to be inspected and all damages need to be reported via email with pictures with in 24 hrs of delivery. Please send email to tom@dallasfurnitureonline.com

WILL MY FURNITURE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE IT DOES IN THE PICTURE?

Short answer is YES.
Long answers is still YES, but there are a few factors to keep in mind. Every effort is made to provide high quality images to assist you in choosing your furniture. However, images at times vary in color depending on a number of factors out of my control, including your monitor color settings, the photo's color settings, and your room lighting.

IS EVERYTHING YOU CARRY ON THE WEBSITE?

Not even close! We have thousands of items available through our distributors. Our website is just a small showcase of some of our most popular items. If your looking for something in particular that we do not have online, most likely we can get it! Either email or text me a picture of the item you have in mind and I will see if I can get the exact item or at least something close to it. Also, be sure to check out our vendor's website section for links to all of our vendors websites. Anything you find on a vendor site, we can get. Just let us know which site it was found on, and the item number and we can check stock and get you a price.

WHERE AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area and up to 50 miles in any direction of our location in Dallas.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Our starting delivery cost is $100 and that is for the "In Home Drop Off Delivery" option.

If you choose the "Delivery, Assembly, and Set Up" option, it is $150.
With this option, we will bring the furniture into your home, un-box all items and assemble everything that you ordered.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?

Absolutely! Any order can be completed online(except those using our Financing and Lease-To-Own Options with no credit needed)by adding the items you want to the shopping basket, clicking the "Check Out" button, and following the on-screen directions for shipping and payment details. Our secure server protects and scrambles all credit card numbers with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology. If you feel more comfortable doing so, you may phone in your order.

DO YOU BUY USED FURNITURE?

Unfortunately we do not buy or sell used furniture.
