Tom was AMAZING to work with. We did find here quality furniture at a great price (if you have seen something you like at a major retailer, chances are you will find it here too, could be at a better price as well!). Everything was delivered to fit our schedule, and we are so glad we also paid to assemble the furniture because these guys are pros! The whole process was a breeze, I highly recommend this company. We will sure come back should we need something else. P.S. It feels amazing to buy from a small businesses! :)

Awesome experience here! They don't have a huge selection in store but after speaking with Tom, the owner, he made me feel comfortable enough to make the purchase from the selection they have online. They offered me a great return policy since I was buying items I hadn't seen in person before. I received my delivery this morning, 2 days after making the purchase. The delivery guys were friendly, fast, and careful with everything. This place does it right. Great selection. Affordable pricing. Fast delivery. I will definitely be back!!!

Tom is extremely responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. I just purchased a couch and could not be happier. The delivery men quickly set up my couch (even added the throw pillows) and took all the trash away. If you're looking for furniture or home accents, I strongly suggest you make Dallas Furniture Outlet your first stop. They're awesome.

If I could give more stars I would. I'm very particular about spending money , especially large sums. I went to another furniture store (savvy furniture) located here in Dallas, Tx. who switched the game up , gave me the run around and that's not how I like to do business. Contacted Tom and he was 1 step ahead of me throughout the entire process. Was not only able to locate what I originally wanted from Savvy, but was able to get it the next day ( with Savvy telling me that it would take 4 - 5 WEEKS ) Delivery guys were amazing also. Excellent , Courteous , Prompt service. If you found this review researching this place its legit, prices are right where they need to be , don't look anywhere else.

Have done business twice with them now - both experiences were awesome. I was skeptic about the whole buying furniture online without actually looking at it physically at first. But this place definitely has what they show on pictures. Also both Tom who answered all my questions before getting it delivered and the delivery guys who came to my house to deliver and assemble were great. Couldn't have asked for more despite of very affordable prices (lowest I have seen for the quality and service). Thank you Tom !!

We just got our furniture today from Dallas Furniture Online and we love it! Both Tom and the delivery guys were very polite and helpful, from start to finish. We didn't realize we picked only delivery and not the option for delivery and set up and Tom included that for us free! I am so grateful because it would have took us years to put everything together. Delivery guys were so courteous and respectful. Quick delivery and GREAT customer service all around! So glad I came across this place and will use them for all my future furniture needs!
